Don and Tom at Bangkok Real Property went above and beyond at helping me and my partner find and move into a property here in Bangkok. All processes were made clear, communication was excellent, and they were extra helpful in not just making sure any questions I had were answered, but going out of their way to help me get to know the neighborhood. They even helped me figure out signing up for a local mobile plan and home internet!I could not recommend working with them more.

30/07/2024We connected with Don and Tom who have been invaluable to us in helping us select a home to move to - all over the internet and then helped to settle us in and welcome us when we arrived in finally arrived in Bangkok. The team are very knowledgeable about the area of Sammakorn and Bangkok in general. Don helped us with constant updates and videos of the home before we arrived. The lease and contractual agreement process was very straightforward and Don guided us through all the steps and procedures. Tom helped us get in touch with service providers like AIS fibre internet and even a water filtration specialist. I would recommend Bangkok Real Property and the Sammakorn area if you are planning to live and work nearby!

They went above and beyond what is expected when showcasing properties to me, even going as far as to drive me around the area and show me some great spots for dining and where to purchase goods. Their knowledge of the area and friendliness sold me on the property and the company. Now I know if I have any issues they will gladly assist however they can. Don and Tom were able to understand the kind of property I was looking for and the prices of properties they showed me were very reasonable. I have now moved into my apartment and I am very happy with both the apartment and the location.
