This was my first time searching for property in Thailand. Tom and Don were recommended by another colleague who also had a fantastic experience. Both gentlemen speak excellent English and were super easy to understand and communicate with in person, on the phone and via text. Their responses were prompt, helpful and to the point. The first day we met in person they took us on a tour of the neighborhoods and showed us a variety of properties. Luckily for us we found the property we wanted on the second day. Tom and Don helped us negotiate a cheaper rate with the landlord (yay!) and helped us with all of the paperwork. I took over an apartment that was previously rented by friends when they left Bangkok. Don and Tom liaised with the Landlady and arranged all the necessary paperwork and payments. They suggested companies that might be able to help when moving my belongings from my previous house and arranged for me to collect the keys and move in on my chosen date.

Being brand new to Bangkok, I had no idea where to even start in looking for a place to live. I feel incredibly lucky to have been put in touch with Don & Tom – they came highly recommended by another satisfied client and I soon realized why. I arrived part-way through the year and there were not many places available that would accommodate my dog and my desire to be within walking distance of the school I work at. I had already visited a few places with another agent and was quite disappointed with his results. Normally, this is where the story of a real estate agent’s job would end, but not with this team! After securing me my dream little home, they went far above & beyond to ensure I had a map of the area, set up my water delivery for me, my internet service, my gardener, and even my sim card for my phone. They are still always available to help, which is so important when you’re new to a country & don’t yet speak the language!
