They went out of their way to make the entire process smooth from finding the right house to helping us settle in and get everything organised after moving.Their local knowledge and willingness to go the extra mile made a huge difference, especially as we were relocating from overseas. Nothing was ever too much trouble and they were always quick to respond to questions or sort out any small issues that came up.I’d highly recommend Don and Tom to anyone looking for a property in the area. 29/09/2025We really appreciated their help when we were moving from Chiang Mai to Bangkok. They were able to show us the houses we were interested in and were very flexible with their schedules. Since, they have been very patient with us as we have been figuring out how to live in Bangkok (registering for internet, immigration paperwork, paying bills, etc). We have been very appreciative for their help in the last many weeks.

22/09/2025My wife and I are so happy we contacted Don to help find a home here in Bangkok. He and Tom were super responsive to everything, answered all of our questions and were very detailed. Not only did they take care of the rental details, they also helped us settle in with a tour of the neighborhood, drinking water delivery and internet setup. Above and beyond what I'd ever expect from a realtor. We have been here for a little less than 2 months now, but we felt at home right away.
