Can I own a condo in my own name?
Yes — freehold, in your own name, as long as the building has foreign quota left. The quota is 49% of the total floor area of all units. We tell you which side of that line a unit sits on before you view it, because it changes what you can do with it and what it is worth when you sell.
What about a house with land?
