    review rating 5  I cannot speak highly enough about the service we received from Don and Tom. They are exceptional agents deserving a far greater score than 5 stars. Don and Tom go above and beyond what is required and are always available to help. Moving to a country where the language barriers can slow things down they really made relocating easy and found us the perfect home. They are always available to help with any issues even internet problems (which clearly has nothing to do with them) I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a house in Bangkok.

    review rating 5  We were lucky to find Don and Tom. We have lived in Thailand for 30 years and have never come across property agents as professional, efficient and helpful as they are. They found us a house that fulfilled our requirements and were very helpful and pleasant to deal with. Their after service is excellent - something I have not experienced with previous agents. They gave us a lot of information and advice about the area we moved to, and dealt with any issues or problems we had with moving. Also organised for our internet to be set up. They continue to be on hand to help with any problems or repairs needed at the house and always respond quickly to messages. We would highly recommend them to anyone

They found me a superb flat to live in, they organised my paperwork in terms of residency application, as well as the installation of my home broadband and mobile SIM which I needed on day one and they organised many other important things for me on request. There was nothing they could not do for me. They are both informative and always there to help. Overall, I highly recommend Bangkok Real Property as they are simply very good at what they do and make the move stress free. Thank you Don and Tom.

  • review rating 5  Don and Tom are extremely accommodating where nothing is too much trouble. They began helping us while we were still in the UK and made the transition smooth and simple. Both Don and Tom speak excellent English and, alongside their local knowledge, make the logistics of, potentially a very stressful time, simple and reassuring. The “after contract agreement” care is also extremely helpful and responsive. We have only had a few minor ‘Teething Problems’ since we moved in which, thanks to both, has been rectified within 24 hrs .... mostly even sooner. Basically, these guys are great, and I highly recommend their services ?

    review rating 5  Don and Tom made my move into my apartment so simple. They worked with the landlord to draft the contract and I only had to spend around 30 minutes with them when I collected the keys. They are both great at replying to messages on Line and working with my landlord to fix issues quickly- I had a small issue in my bathroom that was sorted really fast. I would ask for their help again in the future if I move.
